Masih memerlukan bantuan dana untuk menyelesaikan pembangunan masjid. Namanya aja ‘Kampung’ tapi Nasi goreng inilah yg banyak di sukai, termasuklah aku sendiri.&lt;br /&gt;Berikut resepnya : Mudah dan sedap…..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Bahann:&lt;br /&gt;2 piring Nasi&lt;br /&gt;Segenggam teri, goreng garing sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;3 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;5 biji cabe rawit hijau, atau ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;1 biji cabe merah&lt;br /&gt;Terasi secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Garam&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Frozen Mixed vegetable (wortel,jagung dan kacang peas hijau) bisa juga di ganti dg kacang panjang diiris kecil-kecil, ataupun sayur kangkung atau kubis diiris .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tambahan: kerupuk ikan &amp;amp; irisan timun&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Memasak :&lt;br /&gt;Haluskan bawang merah/putih, cili, terasi. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bumbu tersebut.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan nasi, aduk-aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan mixed veges, masukkan garam secukupnya, aduk lagi.&lt;br /&gt;Buat lubang di tengah nasi, pecahkan telur aduk-aduk sampai rata dg nasi tadi.&lt;br /&gt;Terakhir masukkan teri goreng. Masukkan air secukupnya lalu masukkan semua saus, kecap , garam dan daun jeruk. Aduk-aduk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Masukkan cabe rawit, cabe merah ,irisan bawang besar,  terakhir perahkan air limau kasturi. Aduk-aduk. Siap dihidangkan. So harus pandai-pandai jaga apinya. tapi yg pasti waktu pertama apinya harus panas (medium kali ya untuk ukuran on sticky pan).Supaya adonannya bisa berongga-rongga, baru kemudian kecilkan api sampai matang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;ini resepnya :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Martabak Manis&lt;br /&gt;Sumber : Vita&lt;br /&gt;Modifikasi : dewi anwar&lt;br /&gt;Bahan A :&lt;br /&gt;- 125 gr tepung segitiga biru, ayak &lt;em&gt;(aku pake merk lain..terserah aja..)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;- 25 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt baking powder&lt;br /&gt;- 1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;- 175 ml air&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 sdt ragi instant&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan B :&lt;br /&gt;- 2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;- 1/8 sdt soda kue&lt;br /&gt;- 25 gr gula pasir&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan tambahan&lt;br /&gt;- gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;- Margarin untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;- Susu kental manis&lt;br /&gt;- Keju cheddar, meises, kacang tanah sangrai cincang kasar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat&lt;br /&gt;1. Kocok dengan mixer bahan A (kecuali ragi) sampai lembut, masukan ragi, aduk rata, diamkan selama 1~2 jam &lt;em&gt;(aku biarkan sampai 2 jam)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;2. Panaskan loyang martabak, tuang adonan, ratakan pinggirnya, biarkan adonan mengeluarkan buih, membentuk rongga, taburi gula pasir, tutup loyangnya, biarkan matang. &lt;em&gt;(aku pakai non sticky pan, karena gak punya loyangnya)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;4. (aku pakai suhu 175 C)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Angkat dinginkan suhu kamar, hingga benar2 dingin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kocok whipped cream &amp;amp; gula pasir sampai kental,oleskan atas cheese cake. Tadi di Supermarket beli jagung satu bungkus, isinya lima harganya RM 4.29. Ceritanya misoa pingin bubur jagung. So, sampai rumah terus aja masuk-masukin barang belanjaan. Habis itu bikin buburnya ,ini resepnya&lt;/em&gt; : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;3 buah jagung manis&lt;br /&gt;3 sdm sagu mutiara warna putih/merah rendam sebentar&lt;br /&gt;3 gelas santan cair&lt;br /&gt;2 gelas santan kental&lt;br /&gt;1 lembar daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;4 sdm gula pasir atau ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;Air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Sedikit garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Bersihkan jagung, di dalam panici irislah jagung dg cara bonggolnya diatas terus disisir pakai pisau ke arah bawah.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah itu kerok lagi pakai pisau supaya jagungnya keluar semua (bonggol bersih).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan santan cair . Daun pandan, lalu rebus sampai jagung empuk. Aduk sekali-sekali. Tambah gula garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan rendaman sagu mutiara yg sudah di toskan sebelumnya. Aduk-aduk sebentar.&lt;br /&gt;Terakhir masukkan santan kental sambil terus diaduk-aduk supaya santannya nggak pecah. Tunggu sebentar kalau santan sudah menggelegak angkat. Biarkan 30 menit sampai kembang double.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kempiskan dg meninjunya. Bagikan adonan (saya bagi 2 adonan). Bulat-bulatkan adonan.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tipiskan adonan kira-kira ½ cm tebal. Masukkan dalam loyang yang sudah disapu margarin.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tusuk-tusuk adonan dengan garpu. Kenapa nggak coba bikin klepon aja ya, kayaknya sudah lama juga aku nggak bikin klepon nih. Rasanya aku masih punya sisa tepung ketan di kabinat. Alhamdulillah, masih ada dan cukupan deh buat bikin klepon. Klepon yang aku buat ini &lt;strong&gt;nggak pake air kapur&lt;/strong&gt;, tekstur akhirnya nggak lembek lho, kenyal, dan tetap lembut. So bagi yang susah nyari &lt;strong&gt;airkapur &lt;/strong&gt;, nggak usah bingung-bingung. Coba resep ini Insya Allah jadi …&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;200 gram tepung ketan&lt;br /&gt;¾ gelas atau 200 ml air suam&lt;br /&gt;¼ sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;Irisan gula merah secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;1500 ml air untuk merebus&lt;br /&gt;Setitis pewarna hijau&lt;br /&gt;Daun pandan (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taburan :&lt;br /&gt;Parutan kelapa setengah tua diambil dari ½ biji kelapa. Dikukus sebentar, kemudian taburi gula sedikit (optional).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1.Dalam wadah masukkan tepung yang sudah dicampur garam, lubangi tengahnya.&lt;br /&gt;2.Campur airsuam dengan pewarna, tuang setengah dibagian lubang tadi, uleni. Lanjutkan dengan menuangi air sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni. Kalau adonan sudah bisa dipulung tak perlu ditambah air lagi.&lt;br /&gt;Adonan jangan terlalu lembek.&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan air untuk merebus klepon, masukkan daun pandan.&lt;br /&gt;4. Ambil sejumput adonan, leperkan ditangan kiri, isi dengan gula merah (jangan terlalu banyak nanti keluar). Bentuk menjadi bulat-bulat. Letakkan dalam wadah melamin (supaya tidak mudah melekat). Jangan terlalu lama membiarkan adonan ini, karena cepat kering, kalau sudah cukup misalkan 10 biji terus masukkan ke air rebusan.&lt;br /&gt;5.Kalau air sudah mendidih masukkan klepon satu persatu. Letakkan sebelah menyebelah, jangan ditumpuk. Sebab klepon akan mengembang. Setelah klepon mengambang itu tandanya sudah masak, bisa diangkat. Toskan. Setelah 3 menit segera pindahkan ke atas taburan kelapa.&lt;br /&gt;6. Siapkan wadah lebar, misalkan piring,taburi dengan kelapa parut lebih dulu.Letakkan klepon diatasnya.&lt;br /&gt;Taburi kelapa lagi.Pada saat ini klepon memang lengket, karena itu kita guling-gulingkan klepon pada parutan kelapa lalu kita letak sebelah tepi, demikian seterusnya. Kali ini kau pake ikan tengiri yang direndam minyak.&lt;br /&gt;3 butir bawang merah iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 butir bawang merah besar iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Cabe hijau dan merah besar iris tipis.&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis, jangan terlalu sedikit minyaknya ya…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara memasak :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Keluarkan ikan tengiri dari minyak, cuci dengan air cukup satu atau dua kali siram.&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan minyak secukupnya, goreng ikan masin tadi,..wow…pada langkah ini, satu kampung bisa bau ikan masin kamu..he..he..hmm..harum..menyelerakan…sampai ..ngeces!!…pas goreng jangan sampai terlalu kering ikannya , lalu tekan-tekan dengan ladle supaya ikan tadi terpotong-potong, jangan sampai hancur sangat.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan bawang kecil, cabe hijau, bawang besar aduk aduk.. Tambahkan sedikit air.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan batang kailan, tunggu sebentar, masukkan daun kailan, aduk-aduk sampai rata.&lt;br /&gt;Kalau terlihat kering sangat boleh tambah air, kira-kira cukup untuk membuat sayur kailan masak.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan cili merah, ambil batang kailan ,gigit. Kalau sudah terasa empuk, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Catatan :&lt;/strong&gt; rahasia memasak sayur ini, tidak boleh terlalu masak, asalkan sudah boleh dikunyah terus saja angkat. (terdiri dari sekeping kulit kayu manis,cengkih 2 butir, bunga lawang 2 ,buah pelaga 2, ketumbar, jintan manis, Lada hitam)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;Gula,garam secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Taburan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Daun seledri iris&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang iris&lt;br /&gt;3 butir bawang merah dan 2 siung bawang putih digoreng garing untuk taburan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara memasak :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Rebus tulang sampai empuk(apabila setengah matang masukkan irisan jahe). Silahkan mencoba…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;1 bungkus agar-agar bubuk warna hijau (10 gr)&lt;br /&gt;100 gram tape ketan&lt;br /&gt;100 gram santan kental&lt;br /&gt;5 sdm penuh gula (kalau mau lebih manis bisa di tambah), bagiku ini manisnya cukupan karena masih ditambah manisnya tape ketan.&lt;br /&gt;20 gram tepung maizena , atau kira-kira 1 sdm cairkan dengan sedikit air.&lt;br /&gt;Air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Secubit garam&lt;br /&gt;Setetes essence pandan (nggak pake juga nggak apa-apa)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Masak :&lt;br /&gt;Blender tape dengan sedikit air sampai cair (kalau mau dicampur begitu aja silahkan).&lt;br /&gt;Campur tape yang diblender,santan dan air sehingga semuanya menjadi 900 ml&lt;em&gt;( Di bungkusan agar-agarnya pake air 1 liter).&lt;/em&gt; Tapi aku pake 900 liter aja totalnya, karena takut lembek.&lt;br /&gt;Lalu masukkan dalam panci, masukkan juga serbuk agar-agar, garam, gula,essence pandan.&lt;br /&gt;Masak diatas api sedang, aduk-aduk terus sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung maizena yang dicairkan tadi, aduk-aduk lagi. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;Tuang ke dalam cetakan yang sebelumnya telah dibasahi air masak. Mau coba,Cara membuatnya mudah saja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Nasi lemak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Beras cuci&lt;br /&gt;Santan kental secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Air secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;Jahe sedikit saja.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;Masak beras seperti cara biasa, Cuma airnya adalah campuran dari sanyan kental dan air biasa.&lt;br /&gt;Ukuran air sesuaikan dengan banyaknya beras yang akan dimasak. Masukkan jahe. Beri garam sedikit. Kalau ada daun salam boleh dimasukkan (orang melayu nggak pake) biar wangi. Aduk-aduk sebentar sampai rata. Biarkan hingga beras masak menjadi Nasi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sambal Tumis ikan bilis(teri)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;100 gram Ikan teri, bersihkan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu:&lt;br /&gt;4 butir bawang merah iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;2 siung bawang putih iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 Bawang merah besar iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Jahe sedikit rajang halus&lt;br /&gt;1 batang serai memarkan.&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm Cabe merah giling atau ikut suka&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm sos sambal&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm sos tomat&lt;br /&gt;1sdm air asam jawa (optional)&lt;br /&gt;Terasi sedikit (optional)&lt;br /&gt;air secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;garam dan gula secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;Minyak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara memasak :&lt;br /&gt;Goreng irisan bawang merah, putih dan teri sampai kering. Angkat sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;Tumis dengan minyak agak banyak cabe giling, serai dan jahe, biarkan sampai berbau harum.&lt;br /&gt;Aduk-aduk biarkan sebentar sampai kelihatan berminyak (pecah minyak).&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan bawang dan teri yang digoreng tadi, bubuh air secukupnya. Masuk terasi dan air asam jawa. Kemudian sos cili dan sos tomat.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan irisan bawang merah besar. Bubuh garam dan gula secukupnya. Biarkan sebentar&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan daun sawi, mee basah, kecap , garam secukupnya. Sayuran ini oleh-oleh suamiku ketika tugas luar kota. Rasanya seperti bayam, Cuma batangnya agak liat. Dan katanya sedap dibuat sup. Berikut resepnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan-bahan :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seikat daun water crest&lt;br /&gt;Daging Ayam 300 gram&lt;br /&gt;Air secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;Kaldu ayam bubuk&lt;br /&gt;Garam.&lt;br /&gt;2 butir bawang merah iris tipis&lt;br /&gt;Daun bawang, daun saderi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuat&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Rebus ayam sampai empuk, masukkan stock ayam. Masukkan bawang merah.&lt;br /&gt;Lalu masukkan daun water crest yang sudah di potong-potong. Masukkan garam, tunggu sampai batang daun water crest empuk kira-kira 5 menit.&lt;br /&gt;Kalau mau agak liat boleh dikurangkan waktu memasaknya.
